We spend large amounts of time researching the ever- evolving styles of kitchens being piloted at the manufacturing stage in Germany and always make sure we stay one step ahead. This is absolutely essential as we pride ourselves on flexible and innovative kitchen design.
How do we offer such competitive prices? In a nutshell, this is solely down to buying power, coupled with higher turnover balancing against lower profit margins. Whilst we have a fantastic showroom where our clients can see a good sample of our stunning range, we have a huge amount of turnover with our European partners. Last year out of over 120 UK based retailers, we had the highest turnover of kitchens ordered with our German supplier as our savvy clients realised that our prices were extremely fair and competitive in the market. Our over-heads are also purposely kept low.
We pride ourselves on the excellent level of customer service that we strive to maintain. The task of kitchen planning through to the installation stage is a complex process. Close attention to detail is required from the initial design layout through to the ordering and delivery process. A typical outline of our service on a German kitchen supply from the first point of contact is as follows:
A design visit takes place at the client's site address. The client lets us know the type of kitchen she is interested in (eg, white gloss) and the relevant sample doors / worktops are taken.
The kitchen is designed and priced for the client. If the client is happy and an order is placed, the client will receive a copy of the design plan and itemised parts list.
A copy of the plans will be scanned to our system and a file will be opened. A copy will be provided to our technical surveyor.
The client will be contacted by our surveyor within 72 hours from the point of order and a mutually convenient time for our surveyor to visit the site will be made. Irrespective of whether the client is purchasing her appliances through us or elsewhere, we ask that the model numbers are provided to our surveyor so that the kitchen is manufactured accordingly.
The Surveyor will re-draw the plans a final time, incorporating any amendments the client may require. After the plans are signed by the client and a delivery date is requested, the kitchen design will be ordered in Germany by the surveyor.
Germany will check the design and re-draw the plan with their own elevations back to us, which we pass on to the client and the installers (whether they be the clients own or our own installers). This helps to simplify the fitting greatly and also ensures the accuracy of the manufacture is absolute.
A letter of confirmation of delivery will be sent to the client.
The delivery is scanned by our own employees and the German delivery drivers unit by unit off the lorry and we also number check every item in order to check the delivery is 100% complete. Our suppliers have a 99.3% accuracy rate in complete deliveries. This is the very highest in the industry across Europe.
On the agreed date of delivery the kitchen will be checked back on to the van by our warehouse supervisor and delivery drivers, specialist in handling kitchen units. We always supply two men so that our client's can let us know where they want the kitchen placed and will not be asked to lift any units.

We have a large showroom where you can view an extensive range
of fitted kitchens, appliances, flooring, accessories and also
our exclusive French Vanity Bathroom displays. You are most welcome to bring a kitchen
design plan, if you already have one, and one of our experienced
kitchen designers will be happy to work on the plan with you
and give you an idea on prices.

supply & fit Custom Built & the latest European kitchens.
Our doors are made from a variety of materials to suit any individual
requirement. These include solid Oak (painted if required),
Maple, Beech, Walnut, Chestnut, Ash, Veneer, Pine, Laminate,
Foil and Vinyl, amongst others. All of our kitchens are of the
highest quality 18mm high density solid units and all carry
the manufacturers guarantee. The doors & units are also
colour co-ordinated.
Designing
Contrary to the dated 'hard sell' approach, our designers are
trained to listen to your requirements and ideas. Once the kitchen
measurements have been taken you will then have a professional
kitchen design plan drafted and be given a free no obligation
price which will be inclusive of any appliances/.
Appliances & Accessories
Choose from a long list of leading brands for your appliances
including Neff, Bosch, Smeg, Newworld, Blanco, Rangemaster,
Electrolux and many more. We also provide a huge range of kitchen
accessories including carousels, magic corners, larder baskets,
bottle racks, vegetable baskets, pan drawers and lighting.
After Sales Service
We will always call one month and three months after installation
of the kitchen to ensure that you are entirely happy. We obtain
many customers through recommendation as we are aware that professional
and personal after care is a crucial part of the overall service.
