From the initial design right through to the ordering, delivery and installation phases we strive to deliver a high quality and inclusive service that takes care of all the details.

We have spent years honing our craft so that we can offer the most efficient and effective service form our base in London and the Home Counties, and one of the main constituents of this is the ‘free home kitchen design service’ that we offer.

How does the process start?

We like to begin everything by getting a feel for the space that is going to become a luxurious and modern kitchen, by having one of our designers visit your property to show you some samples of door and worktop designs based on your stated preferences.

The next stage is to hammer out the design order and the pricings with you and once parties are happy with the proposed direction, we place the order. To make sure that you have complete knowledge of the joint project we are undertaking together, we like to provide you with an itemised parts list and an overall design plan at this point.

What’s the next stage?

It is now time to get a surveyor involved, who needs to cast their authoritative eye over the both the space that is to be redesigned and the plans that we have agreed with you. This part of the process is a really good way of looking at the design through another person’s eyes and ironing out any problems or adjustments that you would like to be made.

After the surveyor has done their thing and you are happy with the revised plans, it is time to really get the ball rolling and send over the design to the German manufacturers. This acts as a final check on the feasibility of the plans and if everyone is happy, then the parts and pieces of your new kitchen begin their final journey to take their pride of place in your home.

Who does the installing?

 Since this is your new kitchen and hopefully a space that you are going to enjoy and fell the benefits of for many years to come, we leave the choice of who does the installation up to you. We have our own team of dedicated KDCUK installers who would be more than happy to take the task on, but if you have some other party in mind we will do everything we can to help them deliver your dream kitchen.

We have a number of internal checks and balances to ensure that all our deliveries are on time and completely accurate, and while we can still make improvements in this area, we have so far managed to consistently hit an accuracy rate of 99.3% which is the highest rate across all of Europe.

All through this process the focus will be on what you want from your kitchen and what we can do to help you get it. We want as many people as possible to experience the beauty and practicality of German kitchen design in their own homes and the best way to do that is to offer a service that is as helpful as possible, a process that is simple and streamlined and a clear enthusiasm for what we do.
